ARMS allows you to designate a separate complimentary ticket allocation for student athlete's that are not on the travel roster for away from home competitions.
You can manage these allocations in the complimentary ticket settings.
How is the travel roaster determined?
ARMS determines which student-athlete's are a part of the "Travel Roster" for away from home competitions based on the participants on the competition event itself. Coaches or administrators can click into the competition in the Calendar or on the Team :: Playing Season page and edit the participants on the right hand side of the event.
Once that is updated, any athlete listed there will be considered part of the Travel Roster for that event, and any athlete on the official roster who is not listed in the event will be considered part of the Non-Travel Party and receive the different allocation of complimentary tickets.
