ARMS uses the individual athlete competed status on team competitions to track seasons used and generate participation reports.
Coaches can keep individual event participation status up-to-date on the individual events when creating them on their Playing Season page or Submitting Team Logs. The Competed Status for individual team competitions can be updated in bulk via import. To import individual athlete's competed status on events, the following requirements should met:
All competitions should be on the team calendar. (Importing Competitions)
Event Participants should be saved. (Event Participants)
Run the Participation Detail report from the team's Playing Season calendar.
Update Column I of the spreadsheet with a Y/N value for the competed status
Email the updated spreadsheet to help@armssoftware.com for import
