ARMS has updated the default Recruit Status options to now include a status of "New". This status can be manually updated by coaches when creating a new recruit, can be utilized when importing in a list of recruits, and will also be automatically assigned to any recruit who completes a questionnaire and is not already in the database.

The use of the "New" status for incoming recruits filling out the questionnaire removes the Pending Questionnaire page and places this new recruit in the overall recruiting list automatically, but separated from your current list of Campers, Prospects, Targets, etc. You can filter to just your "New" recruits and utilize your custom views to see the details of this recruit that were submitted via the questionnaire. You can review this data to vet the recruit and update the recruit status once you determine how you would like to classify them.
