Add phone numbers to any account to maintain accurate user information within Teamworks Compliance + Recruiting. All profiles within Compliance + Recruiting can house United States and international phone numbers, which can be managed from the desktop and mobile. By utilizing our 200+ worldwide area code selection, you can ensure your athletes’ contact information is up-to-date.
Please follow the steps below to set up phone numbers within a Compliance + Recruiting profile.
Any account with a phone field (recruit, staff, student-athlete, or constituents/contacts) can house an international phone number.
Navigate to the Profile you wish to edit or add a phone number to
Select Edit.
Navigate to the Contact Info card on the user's profile.
Select the Flag icon to the left of the phone number you wish to add or update.
Select the Country Code. By default, the country displayed will be the country of your organization.
Enter the phone number.
Select Save Changes.
