Best practices for submitting workflow requests to the support team

Whether requesting a workflow build, edit, or assessment, properly submitting your request to Teamworks Support ensures it is completed promptly. If a workflow request fails to include the required information, support will need to contact the requestor for more information, which can increase the time to complete the request.

All workflow requests should be sent via email to support@teamworks.com in the format below.

The type of request you are submitting will determine what information is required in your email. Please find instructions below on submitting various workflow requests to Teamworks support.
