Export from Mobile App

To adjust to the recent updates to University Athlete mobile app, please follow the below steps to export your evaluations from an event:

  1. To export actual notes taken on prospects during an event, navigate to the event name from your mobile app and then select “Export Evals”

  2. The link that you have sent to your email is the file that can be downloaded and sent into ARMS or you can forward it in to help@armssoftware.com

  3. Please have each coach who evaluated prospect at an event complete this process.

  4. This allows for us to import the latest notes and not extra information (i.e. emails that are sent to coaching staffs from prospects).

  5. We also will need to know the evaluation days (specific dates) that need to be counted for each coach. This data no longer comes through in the export and the more information you can give us when you send in the files the more efficient the process can be.

Exporting All Demographic Data from an Event

If you want to export all the information from an event you are at. Please follow the below steps:

  1. From your web browser within the event, click on “Export” and download the option “Export: Athletes with their tags, group, notes and other info”

  2. Once you download and export you can send it in to help@armssoftware.com. Please clarify that you just want this data to go in as a regular recruit import and not tagged as evaluations. We will not include coaches notes on this import.

  3. With this export ARMS can run a regular recruit import and add all the demographic information provided.

FAQs:

  1. Can I adjust exported files from UA?

    1. Unlike before you can manipulate files like you want. You can add Column Headers for Custom Fields for the data you want mapped in, we just ask that you do not manipulate the overall view and setup of the export.
