Canceling Individual Payment

If a registrant no longer wishes to attend an event, or would like to unsubscribe from upcoming payments, you will need to cancel their scheduled payments in the future.

To cancel payments individually:

  1. Click the Multi-Payment Management icon along the left blue navigation bar

  2. Select “Manage Individually”

  3. Click the blue hyperlinked ID next to the individual’s name

  4. Click the Red “X” next to all future payments

To ensure that the payments have been canceled, go back to the individual payments screen, then click “Open” tab under “Status”. You will no longer be able to see future payments for that individual
