The Reporting Tab houses all data related to the transactions and registrations coming through your website. There are are three primary reports: the registrations report, the transactions report, and the disbursements report.

The Registrations Report provides all of the registrant’s data collected during the checkout process. This report includes: purchase date, product purchased, and information specific to the registrant such as name, address, and phone number. You also have the ability to export answers to any of the custom registration questions that were a part of the event registration process, which may include medical, recruiting, or parent information.

The Transactions Report provides information related specifically to the purchaser. This report includes: Transaction ID number, all products purchased (including goods), transaction information for one or multiple sites, purchaser information such as: Name, email, phone number, etc.

The Disbursements Report allows you to view information on when deposits related to your camp business are disbursing, as well as what date deposits are expected to arrive in your account. Additionally, with just a few clicks, you are able to view which registrations are included in a deposit.
