The Follow Up Email, when turned on, is a second automatic email to a registrant as soon as a purchase is completed. The Follow Up Email can be customized by the camp administrator to include any content that you wish to share with registrants. This is a great way to proactively answer registrant questions, as frequently we see coaches include a link to their FAQ’s, directions to campus, parking information, etc.

  1. Select the product within your STOREFRONT

  2. Select “Product Configuration”

  3. Click “Follow Up Email”

  4. Click Manage Follow Up Email gray button

Within this module you have the ability to:

  1. Turn On/Off the follow up email

  2. Customize your Subject

  3. Customize the Follow Up Email Message Content

  4. Upload/Add Documents to the email
