Why is adding form fields to the Display Grid or Search Facet helpful?
There are times when a user is looking for a specific piece of information collected within a submitted workflow, for example, Dates of Travel or Invoice Number. Without showing these details in the grid, the user would have to know who submitted the form and when to pinpoint the correct form for review.
Adding Fields to the Display Grid or Search Facet
From Workflows > Forms Explorer, System Administrators can update what is displayed related to the selected workflow.
Click the form name
Click "Customize Fields" in the top, right of the grid
Check off fields to "Display" in the grid and/or "Search" to filter on the left search facets.
