Within Compliance > CARA & Time Mgmt > CARA Certification Approval, you will be able to Archive old Pending Approvals still outstanding for Student-Athletes and Staff Members.

We see this commonly used during the Summer after a full Academic Year of CARA logs have been completed, but some approvals are still in Pending.

By using the ARCHIVE APPROVAL button in the top right-hand corner

you can designate the Sport(s), the end date, and the different type of approvals you are wishing to archive.

This will give you a cleaner view of ARMS going into the next years CARA Log Submissions!
