ARMS gives you the ability to export your squad list data either at the department level or the team level so that you can pull all of this data into a spreadsheet.

To export your squad lists, navigate to the Compliance - > NCAA Reporting page and click on the Squad Lists tab. Once here you have the option to either export all of your squad list data across all sports, or dive into a specific sport.

To export the full department data, click on the Export Squad List Data in the top right corner.

To export individual sport's data only, click on the "View Squad List" button in the action column, and then click on the Arrow icon on the top right corner.
