Requests for Recruit Complimentary Tickets are made directly from that prospect's profile in ARMS. Any changes to the saved request will be made in the same location.

From the Recruit Profile in ARMS, click the ticket icon in the upper right corner:

Clicking the ticket icon will display all ticketed events and, if the ticket window is "open", the option to Request or Edit:

Note: Ticket Administrators can also edit the request directly from the Events tab within the Complimentary Tickets page in ARMS.
