ARMS will automatically set a baseball student-athlete to "Yes" for the "Counts Towards Squad Limit" value when they are either on athletic aid or are designated with the Official Roster status when you run the squad list on the date preceding the first competition or later during the spring semester.

This auto-determined value will be visible in the Squad List and also within the Roster & Eligibility Status widget inside the student-athlete's profile. If you have a situation where a student-athlete is designated as a "Yes" for "Counts Towards Squad Limit" but they meet a legislated exception, you can simply select the override and set the value to "No" to remove that value from the squad list.
