Administrators have the ability to toggle on or off a requirement that staff guests are Approved for events within the Complimentary Ticket Module. This switch is inside the Department -> Complimentary Tickets -> Settings Tab.
If the approval is set to no, the guests will come in with a "N/A" badge next to their approval status, and the ticket will remaining in a pending state until you confirm the ticket for the game.
If the approval is set to yes, then similarly to the approval process for Student-Athlete guests you'll be able to approve the guest and confirm the ticket from the guest list within the event.
