Within the Calendar you can search for individuals or groups via the "View Calendar of" box to overlay all activities associated with those individuals. By selecting an, individual, multiple individuals, or a specific group or groups, you will be able to see all of the activities they are participants on and see the windows where they are available.
In the example above, I searched for the group containing my captains for the year and was able to see all of their CARA and courses in one calendar view. Now I can easily view that I have a window from 3pm to 6pm on Monday afternoon that I could schedule a meeting with all of my captains.
