Phone carriers, such as AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, are actively battling the constant onslaught of SMS-based SPAM messages by requiring a rigorous registration process of the senders of what are known as "Application-to-Person" (A2P) text messages.
In order to comply with these requirements, we have made a few changes to the appearance of text messages sent from ARMS.
All messages will now come from a centralized phone number (844) 720-1500.
When a recipient receives their first ARMS text message from this number they will receive an initial message explaining where the messages are coming from.
Messages will always be prefixed with "ARMS Msg from..." and the sender's name to make it clear who is sending the message.
