Phone carriers, such as AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, are actively battling the constant onslaught of SMS-based SPAM messages by requiring a rigorous registration process of the senders of what are known as "Application-to-Person" (A2P) text messages.

In order to comply with these requirements, we have made a few changes to the appearance of text messages sent from ARMS.

  • All messages will now come from a centralized phone number (844) 720-1500.

  • When a recipient receives their first ARMS text message from this number they will receive an initial message explaining where the messages are coming from.

  • Messages will always be prefixed with "ARMS Msg from..." and the sender's name to make it clear who is sending the message.
