The best way to see all of the recruits that have completed a questionnaire is to add the "Has Completed Questionnaire" field to your facet list.

You can manage your Recruit Facet list from the Administration -> Sport tab and selecting, Recruit Facets. From there you will want to click "add" for Has " Completed Questionnaire"
