Editing a questionnaire is a technical process that our Support Team has to take care of for you at this time. In the future, we plan to roll out an interface that allows coaches to edit the questionnaire themselves. But for now, the best way to get your questionnaire updated is to email your list of edits and updates to Help@armssoftware.com

All information that is filled into a questionnaire can be mapped into a field on the prospect or contact profile, if you are adding questions to a questionnaire please let us know which field the question should map to on the profile.

The questionnaire tool is capable of sending automated emails to the questionnaire submitter or to coaches on the staff. Take a look at this article for more information on setting up questionnaire email notifications.
