Student-Athlete & Staff Ticket Requests
When a ticket request made by a Student-Athlete or Staff Member is either confirmed or denied, the student-athlete/staff member making the request will received an email notification for each requested ticket. An individual email for each ticket request is sent when requests are updated either in bulk or individually by an Administrator.
Guest Confirmation
Administrators can email guests directly from the Tickets tab of the individual event. Requested Guests can be emailed individually or in bulk to let them know the status of their ticket and/or any event information they should know prior to arrival (e.g. parking or gate information)
