An explanation of what determines the ticket allocation for staff complimentary ticket requests.

ARMS allows Athletic Departments to set complimentary ticket limitations based on the user's affiliation with a sport. To ensure that a team's support staff is allotted the correct amount of tickets, please add all support staff members to the sport's staff list.

System Administrators can add users to a sport's staff list by:

  • Going to Administration -> Sport and clicking on a sport;

  • Click on the "Add Staff Member" button;

  • Search for the user and add the user to the staff list.

Once added to the staff list, the user will receive the ticket allocation associated with the "Staff of Same Sport" headings.

Please reach out to the Compliance Office if you believe your ticket allotment is incorrect.
