When adding a new recruit to your database utilizing your ARMS Mobile on your Android device, you will need to follow these simple instructions:
From your Dashboard, select View Recruits.
Click on the three dots at the top right of the screen to go to the full access the Add Recruit selection.
You can also add recruits by utilizing the Menu button (+) at the bottom right of any screen.
After clicking on the Add Recruit button, you will be brought to the Add Recruit pages.
Here you will be able to add all information, including custom field information, to the new recruit. Each tab corresponds to the tabs in every recruits profile. Add as much or as little information as you'd like. Once you hit Save at the top right, the recruit will be added to your system.
Note: You do not need cell service or wifi connection to add recruits to your ARMS system. If you are offline, all recruit additions will be stored in the Offline Activities area on your mobile app. Once you regain cell service or wifi connection, the new recruits will be added to your system!
