If your sport has a generic email address that you utilize for communication with recruits or alums (I.e. email@example.com), you can add that account into ARMS.
The email address will need to be added in as a "Staff Member" for that sport, meaning the best practice is:
Go to Administration: Security
Click "Add User,"
Use the generic email address and give it a generic name ("ARMS Lacrosse")
Choose "Yes, pre-select the Access Roles, Process Roles, and Sport / Department Roles based on:"
Select one of the coaching staff members
This will created the generic account in the system and allow the coaches to email using that address directly from ARMS and also forward emails from the account to the recruiting dropbox.
