An ARMS user can request complimentary tickets for a colleague and/or student-athlete for a specific event in the Department module.
Important: this feature is by permission only and can be enabled for student-athlete and staff requests separately. The Permissions needed for this access are:
Department Module
Can Request Tickets
Can View Ticket Requests
Can Manage Staff Requests and/or Can Manage Student-Athlete Requests
To request tickets on behalf of another staff member and/or student-athletes, you will navigate to the Department module and:
Click tab for Events;
Click on the Opponents name listed in the Events Column;
Click tab for Allocations;
Select filter for "Type";
Select Request or Transfer
