The Roster & Eligibility Status Widget inside the Student-Athlete profile summarizes the term level practice, competition and medical eligibility information as well as the APR Cohort status, Retention point and Eligibility point for each academic year.

Users can manage the term level eligibility information, APR information, or make changes to the Student-Athlete's roster status directly from this roster card by clicking into the details.

Any edits made to the Student-Athlete's roster information, whether it is their roster status (e.g. Cut, Quit, Graduated) or their APR or Eligibility Data will be tracked showing the date and time stamp that the change occurred, what the value changed to, and what user made the change.

Got Automations?  Any department that has set up automated eligibility rules will show "Automation" as the Change By user.
