Once ARMS has imported your degrees and historical rosters we will need one of the following sets of historical academic information (one export per term) for each of your student-athletes:

Course Level Import

  • Course Name;

  • Credit hour value for each class taken;

  • Credit hour earned;

  • Designation if the course was degree applicable; and

  • Course Grade.

Please use the Class Schedule and Grade Template as a reference for sending us the requested information.

Term Summary Import

  • Credit Hours Attempted

  • Credit Hours Earned

  • Remedial Hours Earned

  • Degree Applicable Hours Earned

Please use the Summary Term Credit Template as a reference for sending us term summary data.

Once the data is uploaded, ARMS will roll up these courses and flag any potential issues with the Bylaw 14 Progress Towards Degree legislation, specifically looking at the minimum hours required per term and percentage toward degree rules based on the student-athlete’s initial term of enrollment.

Once the course information is in ARMS, you will be ready for step three! Please review Monitoring Progress Towards Degree article for the final step.
