Similar to the squad lists on Compliance Assistant, our squad list notes any roster status changes and dates them within the squad list. Prior to any competitions, all student-athletes will be marked as a "R" for redshirt. Once a coach marks a student-athlete as competed on their CARA logs the "R" will be removed and a season of eligibility will be burned at the end of the academic year.
Please note Administrators can remove the burned season of eligibility by flipping the Counts Towards Season flag from Yes to No. Once flipped, the "R" status will re-populate on the squad list.
For Division I football, the "R" status will be removed from a student-athlete's line once they have competed in their fifth competition of the season.
