ARMS allows users to customize the information that appears on a recruit's or student-athlete's profile. These customized views can be seen by the creator of the view and be shared across the entire department.
You can only share customize views with users who have the same Access Roles as you.
To share custom views with the department:
Ensure you have the same Access Role as the users you want to share the customized view with;
Go to the Administration Module;
Select Custom Views, and click on "Add Layout";
Select the layout you would like to add;
Move the desired fields from the Available Fields to the Selected Fields;
Click on Template Access;
Add the Access Roles you want to have viewing capabilities for this custom view.
Note: To edit an existing view select "Edit" next to the view you are changing. Selecting "Save" will override the previous custom view and "Save As" to create a new view. For more information on customization review our Customizing Profile Views article.
Once the custom view has been added to the system, users will be able to switch to the new custom view by going the action toolbar in the athlete's profile and selecting the desired view.
