If you have a student-athlete who has previously left the team or institution and is going to rejoin the team, ARMS makes it easy to re-active their account and add them back to an official roster.

To add them back simply click on the Team module. Select their sport and go to the most recent academic year they were on the roster.  Once here you will see the full Official Roster." Clear the default filters with the "clear filters" option in the upper right corner of the roster page, and you will see both active and inactive student-athletes.

Search for the Student-Athlete, check the box to the left of their name and then select "Make Roster Change" from the menu button at the top right.  

Once you've got the Roster Change wizard up, follow the prompt to add them to the Official Roster and their profile will automatically be reactivated once you make the change.
