Within the Recruiting module of ARMS, you will find pages for both High Schools and Club Teams. ARMS Users can optionally associate coaches of those teams directly with the team, as opposed to only associated with a specific recruit.
From time-to-time ARMS Users will want to send email to these team related contacts, regardless if they are related to an active prospect in the database.
To Send Email to a Team Coach or Contact
From the Recruiting Module:
Click on the High School or Club Team page
Filter your page results as needed, using the filters on the left of the list
Check the boxes to the left of the teams on that page you wish to email
Select Send Email from the menu button at the top, right of the list
Within the Email Modal:
Select your recipient types from the selected Schools/Teams and optionally, add in additional recipients by typing in a contact Name or Email address.
When you click the recipient type, it will turn "Green" to display the type that has been selected.
Click Close to continue to draft your email.
