Creating an Email Message Template
From the Settings module:
Click on the Sport page
Click on the Name of the Sport where you will send email from
Click on the tab for Email
Click the Add Email Message button
Enter a Template Name: this will appear in your email drop-down list
Enter a Message Subject: this is the subject that will display on the outbound email
Enter text to draft the body of the email. Optionally, use Mail Merge Tokens
Using an Email Message Template
Email Templates can be applied to drafted emails on the ARMS Website or your mobile devise using the ARMS Coach app.
From the Email Editor:
Click the + Template button
A list of all available templates will display
Highlight and Click the Template to apply
