As an ARMS user you will have the ability to review weekly CARA logs.

From the Compliance Module:

On this page you will be able to view a weekly breakdown of CARA logs for the sport you clicked on, this breakdown will include the number of Competitions, Practices, Coach-Led Skills, and other events that a SA has participated in throughout a week. It also shows the Countable Days and whether or not there was an issue that occurred within that week.

If you click on Details a Weekly Detail page will appear that shows you a day by day break down of CARA hours for each SA on the team.
