Each recruit profile displays a default set of badges across the top of the profile. Each badge provides access view additional information about the Prospect.

Videos

This badge will store all video links related to the recruit as saved by the staff in ARMS or provided by the PSA via their completed recruiting questionnaire. Videos can be viewed directly in ARMS with the option to create a non-countable evaluation while you are watching.

Forms

This badge will list all workflow forms in ARMS that are associated with the PSA. Here you can view the status of each form and, if provided the appropriate Process Role, the details of the form.

Saved Searched & Groups

This badge will list all saved searches and groups that the PSA is associated with. Additionally, you can Add or Remove the PSA from a saved Group within this badge.

Relationships

This badge will list all contacts in ARMS that are related to the recruit such as Parents and Coaches. You can also Add or Remove saved relationships within this badge.

Teams

This badge will list all Teams that the recruit is associated with as saved by the staff in ARMS or provided by the PSA via their completed recruiting questionnaire.

Tournaments

This badge will display all saved Tournaments in ARMS that the PSA is associated with. A prospect can select a saved Tournament from the recruiting questionnaire to associate themselves or you can send a tournament Roster to ARMS Support for import.

Documents

This badge is where staff can store documents from and about the PSA such as Transcripts and Test Scores. Documents saved here will be available to pull from within a Workflow form in ARMS.

Warnings

This badge will display NCAA Rules associated with the current date and the prospect's graduation year that could potentially create a violation if acted upon. Additionally, details on any potential recruiting violations that have flagged because of saved Recruiting Activities will be displayed.

Helpful Hint: These badges can be edited or removed to reorder your favorites or remove those badges you do not use. Badges are customized in the Recruit Profile Customize View.
