From time-to-time you may end up with duplicate prospects in your database. This can be caused by imports with conflicting contact data or prospects completing questionnaires with differing email addresses.
To merge duplicates in your recruit list:
Check the box to the left of their names
Select Merge from the menu provided at the top, right of the list
A screen will display and prompt you to select the "primary" contact. The primary contact will maintain all of the information saved to their profile, while information from the duplicates will be saved as supplemental information on the existing profile.
