To start a group message or announcement with members of your staff through the ARMS Mobile App, access the Team Management page. From the Team Management page, flip over to the Staff selection at the bottom of your screen.
Group Messaging with Staff
Tip: Use a Group Message when all members in the discussion should be able to see and respond to each other.
Start a Group Message with the Entire Staff
Open the Staff screen
Tap the Action Menu icon in the top-right
Select Send Group Message from the menu
Tap on the Enter Message area
Type the new message
Tap Send

Update an Existing Group Message
Like all Conversations in ARMS Mobile, you can access an existing Group Message from the My Conversations screen.
Open the My Conversations screen
Search for the Group Message by typing into the Search Bar or by scrolling through the list of conversations
Tap on the Conversation
Tap on the Enter Message area
Type the new message
Tap Send

NOTE: If you attempt to start a new Group Conversation with a group of Staff Members that is already associated with one, ARMS Mobile will display the contents of the existing conversation.
Staff Announcements
Tip: Use a Staff Announcement when the recipients do not need to interact with each other, or when you prefer to keep responses private between yourself and each individual recipient.
Open the Staff screen
Tap the Action Menu icon in the top-right
Select Send Staff Announcement from the menu
Type the new message
Tap Send
Communicate with a Specific Group of Staff Members
If you want to send a Group Message or Staff Announcement to a smaller group of Staff (e.g. only the Defensive Staff), you always have the ability to choose from the list before creating your message.
Open the Staff screen
Long press on a Staff Member within the list
Select additional Staff Members
Tap on the Action Menu icon in the top-right
Proceed with the message
