When new student-athletes are manually added, they can optionally receive an automatic email notification from ARMS. This notification will provide them with account information and a link to log in and update their password.
To enable this setting, from the Administration module:
Click on the page for Department
Click on the tab for Student-Athletes
Scroll to the bottom and Check the Box for Send New Student-Athlete Emails
Important: This notification should only be enable once you have notified your coaches and/or student-athletes about ARMS.
The email notification received by the Student-Athlete will look similar to the following:
