ARMS has a database of over 30,000 High Schools & Colleges in the United States and Canada. These schools can be found under the Recruiting Module using the ‘High School & Colleges’ tab. In this database, we provide all the school’s contact information.

It is up to you to assign your coaches to their recruiting territories. You will be able to assign your recruiting territories in bulk via the Assign Coaches By Region option to the right of the Action Menu:

From this menu, you will have the ability to assign a coach to school based on the following Criteria:

We recommend assigning out your recruiting territories coach by coach. In the example below, we have assigned one coach to their recruiting territories based on multiple criteria.

You can also assign territories in ARMS by using the filters on the left to filter down to a specific area. Once you have applied your filters you can use the Action Box to the left of the School's name to select the schools, then select the Assign Coach option from the Action Menu in the top right corner.

Helpful Hint: When updating your High School Assignments, Work big to small! Start with assigning those coaches that have full states and then work your way down to county, city, or area code assignments.
