ARMS is configured with default column sets that allow you to view certain data related to your contacts in the Team and Department. Users have the option to create unlimited customized column sets, which can be created and updated from the grid.
To add columns to your view:
Hover your mouse over the column header you want to add the new column,
Click on the three horizontal lines,
Select "+ Add Column",
Search for the field you wish to add,
Click on the + icon
If you wish to remove a column from your view:
Click on the three horizontal lines of the column you wish to remove, and
Select "- Remove Column"
