Exporting Transactions Reports

The Transactions Report provides information related specifically to the purchaser. This report includes: Transaction ID number, all products purchased (including goods), transaction information for one or multiple sites, purchaser information such as: Name, email, and phone number.

If included, you will also have the option to view financial information, including a breakdown of total amount paid by the registrant, processing fees retained by ARMS, as well as the amount due to your business.

Below are the directions for running a Transactions Report:

  1. Click the Reporting button on the left-hand side of the page

  2. Select “Transactions” from the list of available reports

  3. Adjust your report and registration filters in order to limit your report data to only what you want displayed. The Report Filter allow you to filter down which site the transactions are for, as well as the product type, product date, down to selecting singular or multiple products. The Transaction Filters allow you to control the date range of the transaction, the disbursement range of the transaction, as well as payment type, transaction type, and transaction amount.

  4. Once you have set your report filters, click the blue “Display Transactions” button on the bottom left-hand side of your screen

  5. On the next page, click the blue “Export Transactions” button on the top right-hand side of your screen

  6. If you would like the product and/or SKU name included in your report,, click the gray button that says “No” - it will turn green and say “Yes”. Click the blue “Generate Report” button

  7. Click the cloud icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page - you can then download the report
