In order to hide an event from being visible on your marketing website, but still allow for individuals to register for your event, you will need to follow the steps below. Before doing so however, please ensure that you have copied the URL link associated with the event you are hiding.
Navigate to the Storefront, then Events, then open up the event that you would like to hide
Click on the Product Configuration button
Click the Edit button for Product Details
Click the New Individual Event Category button, and create a unique event category that will be used for hiding your camp, and save
On the left side of your page, click on the Site Settings button
Click on the Product Categories button, then locate the event category that you have just created
Click on the pencil icon, then uncheck the box next to the word Visible and click Save
The event will now be hidden from view on your marketing website, however the event is still able to accept registrations as long as it’s in “Live” status. If your URL is shared, individuals will be able to navigate directly to your event and register. Anyone who has navigated to your marketing site but was not provided with the event specific URL will be unable to view your event.
