In ARMS you will be able to email Recruits who have submitted a Recruiting Questionnaire. This is a 2 step process:

Step #1 - Add the recruit facet of COMPLETED QUESTIONNAIRES

You can do this by going to SETTINGS > SPORT > and Clicking into your sport. This will allow you to navigate to the RECRUIT FACETS tab to add "Completed Questionnaires" as a search option from your database. Scroll to find this option and select ADD to add this in.

Once added, you will be able to move the filter up and down to place it where you would like.

Step #2 - Emailing the Recruits

Once the Completed Questionnaire option is added, go to RECRUITING > RECRUITS to find this search filter along the left hand side. It will display all of the questionnaires you have built in ARMS to select from and view the recruits who have completed those questionnaires. *(NOTE: make sure you are selecting the NEW recruits as well from the STATUS search bar).

Once all recruits from the Questionnaire are selected, use the EMAIL ALL option in the bottom right hand corner of your database to email them all at once!
