Workflows that are in your "Needs My Attention" queue can be approved from the mobile app.
There are two ways to see the workflows that need your attention:
Option 1: From the Dashboard page click on the Workflows Badge; OR
Option 2: Click on the three-horizontal lines in the upper left hand corner and select Workflows
Click on the workflow you wish to review,
Answer the questions listed in your step; and
Click on box with the upwards arrow
From there you will see prompts to Save, Approve, Deny, Reject, Stop or Delete the workflow.
Helpful tip: If you do not see an option for workflows on the mobile app, please make sure you are on the most recent version of the app by going to the App Store and seeing if you have a prompt to "Open" the app or to "Update" the app.
