The Related Contacts field inside of the questionnaire allows for a recruit to add an unlimited amount of related contacts and categorize them as they choose when submitting their questionnaire. As an administrator, you have the ability to manage which options appear for the recruit to select from when they are filling out a questionnaire (a full list of potential options is below). When you add the Related Contacts field to the questionnaire we will default to have all relationship types selected as potential options. You can update the Field Label and Instructions and also restrict which types of relationships appear in the drop down menu for the recruit to select from.

As an example, if you want to have a Related Contacts field that is only for collecting the information on the Recruit's coaches, you can deselect all relationships and then only check the box for the HS Coach, HS Assistant Coach and Club Team Coach.
