ARMS allows you to configure your Student-Athlete Events to default to the current academic year's Active Roster or leave the default participants blank so you can manually manage specific groups/student-athletes.

If you find that you attach your full roster to all of your Student-Athlete Events (CARA, RARA, or Non-Countable) then you can update the default setting to allow your Active Roster to pre-populate as participants on the event.

To do this, click on the Administration -> Sport page and then click into your sport. Once here, click on the Settings tab on the far right hand side.

Once you have turned this setting on, anytime you select a Student-Athlete event type the current academic year's Active Roster group will automatically be added to the participant list.
