Inside any CARA event you have the ability to manage the individual minutes for SAs attending those events. To do so, click on the "CARA" tab underneath the event details.

From here you will see the full list of CARA participants and have the ability to either bulk update their minutes or update individuals.

Helpful Tip: Bulk updating is perfect for when you want to have a "practice block" of multiple hours, but also denote that every kid will only be coming for a shorter period of time within that window.
