Once you have configured your external ticket request, high school coaches, groups, and recruits can begin using the Public Request Site to request tickets.
The Public Request Site will list all upcoming events for that specific sport and prompt the requestor to add their email address.
Once the email has been submitted, the requestor will receive the following email to validate their email address and request tickets.
All external ticket requests will populate in the Tickets tab of the Event the tickets were requested for review. Your administrator will be able to approve or deny the request. The requestor will receive an email at the email address they used to requests notifying them if their request was approved or denied.
