If a former student-athlete returns to campus as an administrator or coach, a new ARMS User profile will need to be created for them. Before you create the new user profile, you will need to add an x to the username listed on the student-athlete's profile to invalidated that username. Once the x has been added to the username listed on the student-athlete's profile, you can use the create the new profile.

If a current student-athlete is working within the athletic department and needs additional access to ARMS, a new ARMS User profile will need to be created for the student-athlete using their personal email address as their username.

Please note, if you use SSO to log into ARMS, you will not be able to create a User profile for the student-athlete using their personal email address as they will not be able to access ARMS without their SSO credentials.
