Confirmed complimentary ticket requests can optionally be labeled as "Attended" or "Not Attended".

From the Complimentary Tickets page in the Department module, navigate to the Events tab.

Click on the Event Name in the grid to view all Ticket Requests.

Use the available filters on the left navigation to filter as needed (e.g. by Ticket Status) and check the box to the left of the individual(s) you wish to update. Click the menu button at the top, right of your list and select Update Attendance.
