Once a staff custom field is created, administrators can use the custom field as a filter for their staff directory by adding the custom field as a search facet.

Staff Facets can be added to the Department -> School Directory page by going to:

  • Administration,

  • Clicking on Department,

  • Click on Staff Facet, and

  • Clicking "add"

Note: Administrators can add search facets in bulk by clicking on the box next to "add"-> going to the three horizontal lines and clicking on Add Facets.

Once the custom field has been added as a facet, the facet will populate on the Department -> School Directory page. Please note facets will only populate if at least one user has data listed in the custom field.
