Once a student-athlete's degree is added into the Academic Progress modal and their required total course hours are set, ARMS will automatically calculate their percentage towards degree values. These values will then be used to determine if the student-athlete passed the requisite gate posts for PTD requirements.
The denominator for the percentage towards degree value will be the number in the "Credits Required" field inside the Academic Progress widget.
The numerator for the percentage towards degree calculation is the sum of all "Degree Credit Hours" denoted for each term the student-athlete is enrolled, as well as the values inside the "pre-enrollment" fields. These fields are:
Degree Applicable Transferable Credit Hours
2-Year Credits Transferrable Toward Degree
AP Credits/Dual Enrollment
CLEP Credit Hours
Credits Earned Prior to FT
